Fundraising at S.A.I.L.

The PTSO organizes the main fundraiser for the school year – the Fun Run/Color Run. In addition, you may donate via Invest in Your Child (IYC) at any time of the year. All of the money that we raise goes to support the PTSO budget. Through this budget, voted upon and approved by the PTSO general membership, the Board has allocated the money to the many different areas of our school. We encourage all families to give as they are able; however, all fundraising participation is completely optional. We are thankful to the many, many people who have donated time and resources to support the financial needs of our school.

The PTSO is a non-profit organization registered as a tax-exempt organization under the IRS Section 501(c)3 classification. Our Tax ID # is: 81-1630184. Our organization address is the same as the school: 8300 Nations Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28217.

When making a financial donation to the school, please consider a matching donation through your company or business. There are many companies that match an employee’s contribution to the school.
